soooo it seems that i have given up on deviant art....

switched over to photography instead of the crayons and pencil illustrations i was struggling with like no other. no matter what, i never felt accepted into that world. i will stand forward and say that. i went to class everyday with an empty feeling hoping that it would be filled. now that i am taking photography classes, i have never felt so right. photography was something that i did on my own outside of projects, i just never really looked at it as something that i should take seriously.

my summer was a roller coaster of epic proportions. my fall semester, that im finishing up right now, just seemed to whiz by me. again, the photo classes are just amazing. i had a chance to really practice candid photography when my bf played with his Newfoundland dog, monty. they turned out really well. i just need to learn to shoot and not think as much. i capture interesting stuff much better that way. i hope that i can have another photo shoot with jonny and monty in the snow over break. big fluffy black dog against the white powder of the snow. mmmmmm sounds nice.

wedding photography or other social events, so far, are my goals in the career wise. any time that i have photographed formal events for my sister they turned out well. even her friends tell me that they like the pictures. i really do believe that i have a great grasp on composition when im behind the camera. my sister just kind of assumes i take pictures of everything now, which is kind of funny and cute.

im contemplating return my dear kittens.....
